Hi.  I'm Jennifer, and I'm a Menopause / Perimenopause Life Coach.

I support women in two ways.

I teach self-care strategies so that we can develop a resiliency to weather whatever storm comes.  

2.  Menopause and Perimenopause

I support women going through the many changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.  For many women, the process of menopause can impact so many aspects of our lives - our weight, our hair, our mood, our sex drive and our feelings about life and death.
